UP....

I LOVED this movie. I don't think it is a plot line that many kids, especially younger ones, will enjoy- Gwen was either bored or on my lap asking me to cover her eyes because the suspense and action were too much for her- an odd combo, I admit, but there it is. I found it to be an utter treasure. A great date night movie. The basic moral of the story is that the real adventures of life are usually found in the "boring" moments shared with a loved one. A great lesson to be reminded of. I cried like a baby through a number of scenes- it is a really touching film. Go see it.

I seriously cannot wait to see that movie! I think I will make Aud take me next weekend.

Sam did the same thing: sitting on my lap and watching through his fingers because of the "action".

I sum it up as follows: The greatest adventure we can have is to love someone.

And lastly, my favorite part was the dog, Doug, on the front porch: "I hid under the front porch because I love you, Master." So plaintive and simple.
